Operating Data Used the secondary data, the object of the study were There are a
manufacturing company in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2015 period, obtained
of 170 samples of the Company. Sampling technique using purposive sampling
technique. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis, multiple
regression analysis and classical assumption test.
The study states that the board size and the size of the company's
significant positive effect on firm value. but the different results obtained from the
audit quality and capital structure which has the result of significant negative
effect on the value of manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock
