dc.descriptionThis research conducted to determine onthe motivation of students at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta in entrepreneurship, influencing factors such as knowledge of entrepreneurship, innovation products, flexibility, and self-efficacy. This research used primary data by distributinga hundred of questionnaires and multiple linear regression analysis by cluster random sampling technique. The research results indicated that the highest entrepreneurship motivation of students in UniversitasMuhammadiyahYogyakarta are the entrepreneurial knowledge andflexibilitywhich effects significantly in a positive way on entrepreneurship motivation, while products innovation has no effect on entrepreneurship motivation. Universities should be more focused on providing soft skills provision for graduates in order be able to create jobs, because it can increase the entrepreneurship motivation and it will be a provision for those who are not accepted in the workplaceen_US
