| dc.description | This research aims to identifing the leading sectors and whether the government could rely on sector provision of accomodation and food through the hospitality sector, and the development of those sectors in Madiun City. The data is retrieved from BPS, manly focusing on GDP of Madiun City from 2011 until 2015. The analytical methods are Static Location Quotient (SLQ), Dinamic Location Quotient (DLQ), Shift Share, dan Klassen Typology.
The results of SLQ and DLQ show that the base sectors of Madiun City are water suppy, trash management, trash and recycling; and real estate. Klassen Typology shows that the leading sectors are water suppy, trash management, trash and recycling; and big and retail trading, reparation of car and motorcycle. Those sectors are included to the main sector which means having potential to be leading sector in the future. | dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sektor-sektor unggulan dan apakah pemerintah Kota Madiun dapat bertumpu pada sektor penyediaan akomodasi dan makan minum melaui hotel berikut pergeseran sektor tersebut di Kota Madiun. Objek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah data PDRB Kota Madiun dari tahun 2011 sampai dengan tahun 2015 yang diperoleh dari BPS. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis Static Location Quotient (SLQ), analisis Dinamic Location Quotient (DLQ), analisis Shift Share, dan analisis Tipologi Klassen.
Dari hasil peneitian ini, dapat diketahui hasil dari analisis gabungan SLQ dan DLQ, sektor basis Kota Madiun meliputi sektor pengadaan air, pengelolaan sampah, limbah dan daur ulang serta sektor real estate. Pada analisis tipologi klassen, yang termasuk sektor maju dan tumbuh pesat yaitu sektor pengadaan air, pengelolaan sampah, limbah dan daur ulang, sektor perdagangan besar dan eceran dan reparasi sepeda motor dan mobil. Sektor penyediaan akomodasi dan makan minum bukan termasuk sektor unggulan. Namun, sektor tersebut termasuk ke dalam sektor andalan yang berarti sektor tersebut akan berpotensi menjadi sektor unggulan pada masa selanjutnya di Kota Madiun. Analisis shift share pada sektor pengadaan akomodasi dan makan minum menunjukan bahwa pertumbuhan sektor di Kota Madiun lebih cepat dibandingkan dengan sektor sejenis yang ada di Provinsi Jawa Timur | en_US |
