| dc.description | This research aims to analyze the extent of the influence of Government Expenditure on Education, Government Expenditure on Health, Gender Empowerment Measure, and the road infrastructure toward Human Development Index in Bengkulu Province. The object of the research are the data of 9 districts and a city from 2010 to 2014, obtained from various institutions such as the BPS and the resources associated to this research. The analitytical tool used is by using panel data. Based on the analysis conducted, the results obtained are variable Gender Empowernment Measure and the road infrastructure have significantly positive effect toward Human Development Index in the Bengkulu Province. Variable Government Expenditure on Health has significantly negative effect. This is caused due to an error in the allocation of funds and the health fund corruption case which happened frequently in Bengkulu Province. Government Expenditure on Education has no effect on the Human Development Index in Bengkulu Province. This is because the allocation of funds committed for physical development, while Bengkulu is a disaster-prone areas. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh Belanja Pemerintah di Bidang Pendidikan, Belanja Pemerintah di Bidang Kesehatan, Indeks Pemberdayaan Gender, dan Infratruktur Jalan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan di Provinsi Bengkulu. Objek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah data 9 kabupaten dan 1 kota dari tahun 2010 sampai dengan tahun 2014 yang diperoleh dari berbagai instansi seperti BPS dan sumber yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Alat analisis yang digunakan dengan menggunakan metode data panel. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel Indeks Pemberdayaan Gender dan Infrastruktur Jalan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia di Provinsi Bengkulu. Variabel Belanja Pemerintah di Bidang Kesehatan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan. Hal ini dikarenakan adanya kesalahan alokasi dana dan banyaknya kasus korupsi dana kesehatan yang ada di Provinsi Bengkulu. Belanja Pemerintah di Bidang Pendidikan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia di Provinsi Bengkulu.
