dc.description.abstract | The research, entitled "Land Characteristics of Food Crops in Teak Forest Areas in Sendangrejo Village Bogorejo Sub-district, Blora Regency of Central Java (Case Study at KRPH Nglengkir)", conducted from November 2016 up to April 2017.
This research was conducted using observation method through primary and secondary data collection. Primary data was data obtained directly either through field investigation or in the laboratory. Secondary data was data obtained through literature study as a supporter and complement of primary data.
The results showed that land of KRPH Nglengkir Sendangrejo Village Bogorejo Subdistrict had loamy clay texture and clayey, with fast drainage to very fast, shallow effective depth to moderate, low erosion prone, low to medium cation exchangable capacity (CEC), high base saturation (BS), neutral pH, low organic to high, low to high N content, very high P content, and very low K content. Based on the actual land suitability class, the land characteristics for the maize were S3-r, n, f, e and cassava were S3-r, n, e with drainage, nutrient available, nutrient retention and erosion hazard as limiting factors. | en_US |
