| dc.description.abstract | This thesis aims to analyze about the role of International Labour
Organization (ILO) on the eliminating child labour in the cocoa industry Republic
of Cote d’ Ivoire. To analyze the problem, this thesis adopts the concept of
international organization and the concept of foreign aid. To achieve success in
overcoming the problem of child labour, it needs cooperation and good
coordination between cocoa industry, international organization, NGO and the
Governement of Cote d’ Ivoire. So International Labour Organization provided
humanitarian development aid through International Programme on the
Elimination of Child Labour (IPEC) and technical assistance through
cooperation with other donors. Despite several attempts, this country still unable
to solve the problem of child labour. However, the efforts of the ILO succeeded in
reducing the number of child labour in Cote d’ Ivoire. | en_US |
| dc.description.sponsorship | Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Organisasi Buruh
Internasional dalam mengeliminiasi pekerja anak di industri kakao Pantai Gading.
Untuk menganalisa permasalahan, skripsi ini menggunakan konsep Organisasi
Internasional dan konsep Bantuan Luar Negeri. Untuk mencapai keberhasilan
dalam mengatasi masalah pekerja anak, diperlukan kerjasama dan koordinasi yang
baik antara industri kakao, organisasi internasional, LSM dan pemerintah Pantai
Gading. Jadi, Organisasi Buruh Internasional memberikan bantuan pembangunan
humaniter melalui program internasional untuk penghapusan pekerja anak (IPEC)
dan bantuan teknis melalui kerjasama dengan donor lainnya. Meski melakukan
beberapa upaya, negara ini masih belum bisa menyelesaikan masalah pekerja
anak. Namun, upaya yang telah dilakukan ILO berhasil mengurangi jumlah
