After the Cold War the direction of international relations slowly began to change. Since that era there has also been a significant change in the study of the science of international relations. The ideological issues that were once the main study began to shift to new topics such as Human Rights, environment, economic cooperation, gender issues and so on. The issues of cooperation itself began to strengthen because the country began to realize the importance of the position of other countries, not again as an opponent but as a potential partner to achieve national interest simultaneously. The current situation that can be seen in the international world is the increasing number of cooperation or foreign agreements made by the state or other international actors. Starting from political cooperation, security to the economy. This is in the same direction as has been explained by realist theories that the state will always seek for its national interest to be achieved. Because the nature of the international world is anarchy no higher power from the state, so many ways will be taken even by coercion or cooperation.en_US
