| dc.description | The bilateral relations that is held by the two countries are unlikely to have no problems in them, the relationship must have been tidal and subsiding. Among the two countries that run this bilateral relationship, one of them must be the big country that dominates the power in this relationship. The problems that arise in this bilateral relationship will be discussed by the author through a case study of the shooting of Russian military aircraft by Turkey which caused the Russians ignited its anger and caused the state of bilateral relations between the two countries threatened its sustainability. After this incident, the Russians issued an economic policy or we can call it as an economic political policy, because this economic policy came out after the existence of the political influence behind it. In this journal the authors will analyze the policy of economic politics with the science of international relations and analyze how the purpose of Russia issued the policy for Turkey. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Hubungan bilateral yang dijalin oleh dua negara tidak mungkin tidak ada permasalahan di dalamnya, hubungan tersebut pasti ada hubungan pasang dan surutnya. Di antara kedua negara yang menjalankan hubungan bilateral ini, salah satunya pasti adalah negara besar yang mendominasi kekuatan dalam hubungan ini. Permasalahan yang terjadi dalam hubungan bilateral ini akan dibahas penulis melalui studi kasus penembakan pesawat militer Rusia oleh Turki yang menyebabkan pihak Rusia tersulut kemarahannya dan menyebabkan keadaan hubungan bilateral kedua negara terancam kelangsungannya. Setelah kejadian ini, pihak Rusia mengeluarkan sebuah kebijakan ekonomi atau dapat kita sebut sebagai kebijakan politik ekonomi, karena kebijakan ekonomi ini keluar setelah adanya keadaan pengaruh politik yang melatarbelakanginya. Dalam jurnal inilah penulis akan menganalisis kebijakan politik ekonomi tersebut dengan ilmu hubungan internasional dan menganalisis bagaimana tujuan Rusia mengeluarkan kebijakan tersebut untuk Turki. | en_US |
