| dc.description.abstract | There is still a number of unemployment recorded in Central Java Province meaning it shows that work force has not been able to be empowered optimally by various economy activities which are existing. The objective of the research was finding out the influence of minimum salary of regency/city, economy growth and local government expense in Centrel Java in 2011-2015 period.
The research used secondary data with analysis tool of panel data and with approach of Fixed Effect Model. The model consisted of time series data during 2011-2015 period and cross section of 35 regencies/cities in Central Java Province.
The result of the research showed that Minium Salary of Regency/City was not significant that was 0.9417 and did not have positive influence towards the worker employment in 35 Regency/City in Central Java Province. They were 0.0000 and 0.0069 consecutively. | en_US |
