Hungary as member of European Union and state parties of Refugee Convention 1951 dan Protocol Relating to the Status of Refugees 1967 (New York Protocol) rejects refugees. The research question of this study is why Hungary rejects refugees. This study aims to explain in the constructivist approach of the reasons Hungary rejects the Middle East refugees. The technique of analysis of this study uses qualitative analysis. The data in this study is secondary data obtain from books, websites, and other sources. Hungary and Middle East have different values and norms which are constructed by its society. These differences lead xenophobia action of Hungary to Middle East refugees.en_US
