| dc.description | The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the factors that influence accounting students on the selection of a career as a professional accountant. Factors influencing the selection of a professional accountant career with a variable measured by financial rewards, professional training, work environment, professional recognition, languange, knowledge about ASEAN Economic Community, and self-effication.
The sample used in this research were obtained from 110 respondents. Samples taken from the Univesity of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. The data was collect from surveyed respondent with online questionnaires.
The results of the analysis 1 showed professional recognition and knowledge about ASEAN Economic Community have a significant influence on self-effication. The results of the analysis 2 showed financial reward, knowledge about ASEAN Economic Community, and self-effication have a significant influence on the selection of a career as a professional accountant. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi minat mahasiswa akuntansi dalam pemilihan karir menjadi professional accountant. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pemilihan karir diukur dengan variabel penghargaan finansial, pelatihan profesional, lingkungan kerja, pengakuan profesional, bahasa, pengetahuan ASEAN Economic Community, dan kepercayaan diri.
Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa akuntansi S1 Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarata. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 110 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online.
Hasil analisis 1 menunjukkan variabel pengakuan profesional dan pengetahuan ASEAN Economic Community memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepercayaan diri. Hasil analisis 2 menunjukkan variabel penghargaan finansial, pengetahuan ASEAN Economic Community, dan kepercayaan diri memiliki pengaruh terhadap pemilihan karir sebagai professional accountant. | en_US |
