| dc.description.sponsorship | India is one of the fastest growing industrial country in Southeast Asia. However in the other hand, India is known as the most dangerous country for women in the world to travel alone. Discrimination against women especially the number of sexual harassment cases in India is the highest among another countries. In 2012 a brutally gang-raped case happenned near New Delhi. The case widely known as Nirbhaya Case. The Government of India which very slow in solving the case was faced by pressure from International World. Nowadays, Non Governmental Organization has a significant role in shaping the regulations in a country. This thesis would emphasize the role of Non Governmental Organization in shaping the regulations process in India regarding sexual harassment issue after Nirbhaya Case in 2012. | en_US |
