dc.description.abstract | Background : Sectio Caesarea is an artificial labor process, where the fetus was born from abdominal incision and uterus wall with normal uterus incision, and fetus weight above 500 grams. The incidience of Sectio Caesarea is higher in every year, so we need to know about wound healing factor one or other is mobilization.
Objective : to knows the correlation between mobilitation with Sectio Caesarea wound healing in RS PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Yogyakarta.
Methods : this experiment has observational design characteristic with cohort prospective. Mobilization scored using structural interview with asking some question, while wound healing scored by REEDA scale. There are 30 sample in this experiment, with consecutive sampling technique. For knowing correlation between mobilization with Sectio Caesarea wound healing in RS PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Yogyakarta
Results : the results from this experiment there are 18 respondents (60%) with good mobilization, while 12 respondents (40%) with not good mobilization. The result from REEDA in day 2 after Sectio Caesarea are Redness 0.20 ± 0.121, Edema 0.23 ± 0.114, Ecchymosis 0 ± 0, Discharge 0.20 ± 0.139, and Approximation 0.20 ± 074. REEDA scale in day 9 after Sectio Caesarea 0 ± 0 in every aspect. From Mann Whitney Test, the result is Z -0.0696 and sig.2tailed score is 0.487
Conclusion : the conclusion there isn’t enough evidences to indicate the correlation between mobilization with Sectio Caesarea wound healing in RS PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Yogyakarta | en_US |
