| dc.description | This research analyzes the process of extension communications to socialise an agricultural card in 2017 to the farmer which done by agricultural extension agent in Giriwoyo subdistrict . The background of the research was the sextension communications, becaue of passive and role of farmer to the extension program. The program of extension card is directed to farmer to give the easy of getting subsidy fertilizer with appropriate price and getting the fertilizer on time. Farmer is expected to participate toward agricultural extension card, because the program which created by middle Java province wants to give prosperity of farmer and support the agricultural. The objective of the research is to describe the process of extension communications which done by agricultural extension office at Giriwoyo subdistrict in Wonogiri regency. The method of the research is descriptive qualitative. Descriptive qualitative research is an explanation of situation and phenomena. This research is not to find and explain not put the test on certain population hypothesis factually and accurately. The result of the research is that communication can affect farmer to take participation in this agricultural card program, with attainment of 7,089 farmers having agricultural card from 8000 farmers count which was targeted | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini akan menganalisis proses komunikasi penyuluhan untuk mensosialisasikan program kartu tani 2017 terhadap petani yang dilakukan Balai Penyuluh Pertanian Kecamatan Giriwoyo. Latar belakang masalah dari komunikasi penyuluhan ini karena sikap pasif dan peran serta petani terhadap program penyuluhan. Program penyuluhan kartu tani ditujukkan kepada petani guna memberikan kemudahan petani mendapatkan pupuk berusubsidi dengan harga yang sesuai dan mendapatkan pupuk dengan tepat waktu. Petani diharapkan wajib berpartisipasi terhadap program penyuluhan kartu tani ini, karena program yang diusung oleh Jawa Tengah ini ingin memberikan kesejahteraan petani dan mendukung usaha tani. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan proses komunikasi penyuluhan yang dilakukan oleh Balai Penyuluh Pertanian Kecamatan Giriwoyo Kabupaten Wonogiri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deksriptif kualitatif, penelitian deskriptif kualitatif hanyalah memaparkan situasi atau peristiwa. Penelitian ini tidak mencari atau menjelaskan hubungan tidak menguji hipotesis populasi tertentu secara faktual dan cermat. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah komunikasi dapat mempengaruhi petani untuk turut berperan serta dalam program kartu tani, dengan pencapaian 7.089 petani yang sudah memiliki kartu tani dari jumlah 8000 petani yang ditargetkan. | en_US |
