the largest palm oil plantation in PT Intan Monrad Barakat (Bakrie Sumatra
Plantations Tbk) in South Kalimantan. This research aims to know the employee's
payroll system that runs at PT Intan Monrad Barakat (Bakrie Sumatra
Plantations Tbk) in South Kalimantan is already effective or not effective. The
results of the research that has been done, the employees payroll accounting
system running at PT Intan Monrad Barakat (Bakrie Sumatra Plantations Tbk) in
South Kalimantan is already effective. It can be seen from the functions,
organizational structure, and the documentation is in compliance with the

| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini menjelaskan sistem akuntansi penggajian karyawan yang
berjalan di salah satu perusahaan perkebunan kelapa sawit pada PT Monrad Intan
Barakat (Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk) Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem penggajian karyawan yang berjalan di PT
Monrad Intan Barakat (Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk) Kalimantan Selatan
sudah efektif atau belum efektif. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, sistem
akuntansi penggajian karyawan yang berjalan di PT Monrad Intan Barakat (Bakrie
Sumatera Plantations Tbk) Kalimantan Selatan sudah efektif. Hal itu dapat dilihat
dari fungsi-fungsi, struktur organisasi, dan dokumentasi sudah sesuai dengan teori
