| dc.description.abstract | The syariah supervisory board (DPS) are the agency that oversees the activities of operational and products syariah banking based on syariah principle. In implementing the job, syariah supervisory board based on the financial services authority. So, to guarantee his function and duty, DPS must meet stipulations OJK. Including Supervisory Duty, The Number of DPS, Copies of the Office, The Ability, The Number of Meeting, Professional, and Output Work. With the provisions of that , DPS can do with good supervision. So, DPS can produce performance by well associated supervision of syariah banking and makes people will be believed, comfortable, and remain using syariah banks. The purpose of this research is to know that syariah supervisory board has been doing his job in accordance with the financial services authority.
The object of this research is the Syariah Supervisory Board at Bank Financing of Islamic People in Yogyakarta. Interviews were conducted with the Shariah Supervisory Board and Board of Directors of the BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga, DPS of BPRS Dana Hidayatullah, and the BPRS Danagung Syariah.
This research result indicates that, syariah supervisory board on BPRS Yogyakarta in servility the financial services authority is good. There was just several regulations that have not been in full. Therefore, DPS who have not meet the applicable requir of OJK can obey and meet the applicable regulation well. | en_US |
