Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY). Does not have facilities of data storage for
monitor students who want to submit of a final assignment (TA) yet. To facilitate
data storage for recording title of thesis students and monitor stundets in faculty of
information technology, it needs a system that already computerization that use
desktop based applications.
Desktop based application, developed with programming language C# and
using Microsoft SQL Server for the Database. The research method which used in
application development is the development SDLC (System development life cycle)
method with waterfall process model include: analysis, design, code generation,
testing and support. Based on testing result, it can be concluded that the application
can make storage and recording title of thesis students or final assignment(TA). | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Program Studi Teknik Informatika Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta
(Prodi TI UMY) belum memiliki sarana penyimpanan data untuk memonitoring
mahasiswa yang sedang melakukan tugas akhir (TA). Untuk mempermudah
penyimpanan data pencatatan judul skripsi dan memonitoring mahasiswa di Prodi
TI membutuhkan sebuah sistem yang sudah dikomputerisasikan dengan
menggunakan aplikasi berbasis desktop. Aplikasi berbasis desktop yang dibuat
menggunakan bahasa pemrograman C# dan databasenya dibuat dengan
menggunakan Microsoft SQL Server. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan
aplikasi adalah metode pengembangan SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)
dengan model proses waterfall meliputi: analisis, design, code generation, testing
support. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi yang
dibuat dapat mempermudah penyimpanan dan pencatatan judul skripsi mahasiswa
