so that the availability of pharmaceutical supplies is always guaranteed in
accordance with the needs of Primary Healthcare Center.Improper storage
management can lead to death stock and expired drug. Improper storage
management can also make a decrease in the concentration / potential of the drug
So that the treatment was not effective. This research aims to determine the
suitability of drug storage system in Pharmacy unit of Primary Healthcare Center
Sribhawono, East Lampung Regency with the prevailing regulation, and
evaluatien the indicators of drug storage in Pharmacy of Primary Healthcare
Center Sribhawono, East Lampung Regency
This research used a non-experimental design, which is descriptive design
by observation and interview about drug storage system in Primary Healthcare
Center Sribhawono. The result of data for drug storage system was compared to
Regulation of Permenkes RI Number 30 year 2014 and for indicator data in this
research in the form of calculation of drug percentage almost expired, death stock
percentage and Turn Over Ratio (TOR), then compared with existing standard.
The results showed that the drug storage system in pharmacy warehouse of
Primary Healthcare Center Sribhawono was in accordance with the standard as
much as 83% for the arrangement of drugs, 83% for the storage system, and
80.9% for the equipments. The results of the evaluation of storage indicators
showed almost expired drugs of 3.3%, dead stock by 4.18%, and average TOR
value of 6.09 times, with only the value of TOR met the standards. | en_US |
