| dc.description.abstract | This research purposed to examine and proven empirically analysis of the influence of capital structure, ownership structure, and profitability on firm value. Empirical study on manufacturing enterprise that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2013-2015. Population of this research is annual report of manufacture enterprise that listed Indonesian Stock Exchange. Sampling taken by purposive sampling technique. Sample of this study is 28 enterprise, so the total for 3 years observation (2013-2015) is 84 sample that served all data needed in this research. The data analyzed using multiple linier regression model on software IBM Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) Statistic Version 23.0
`The result of this study shown that capital structure, institutional ownership, profitability, firm size, firm age have positive and significant influence to enterprise value of manufacture enterprise that listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange. Whereas, multiple large shareholder structure doesn’t have significant influence to enterprise value on manufacture enterprise that listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange. | en_US |
