| dc.description | This study aims to analyze the influence of Profitability, Free Cash Flow, Leverage, and Investment Opportunity Set on Dividend Policy (Study on Property and Real Estate Company Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange).
The population of this research are all companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2013-2015. Objects in this study are property and real estate companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the year 2013-2015. The study sample represented 48 annual reports of property and real estate companies are selected using purposive sampling. Analysis tool used is SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions).
Based on analysis that have been made the result are profitability has significant negative influence on dividend policy, free cash flow has significant positive influence on dividend policy, leverage has significant positive influence on dividend policy, and investment opportunity set has significant positive influence on dividend policy. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Profitabilitas, Free Cash Flow, Leverage, dan Investment Opportunity Set Terhadap Kebijakan Dividen (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia).
Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2013-2015. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2013-2015. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 48 laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan property dan real estate yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions).
Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen, free cash flow berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen, leverage berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen, dan investment opportunity set berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. | en_US |
