dc.description.abstractThis study aims to examine the influence of corporate social responsibility disclosure, profitability and company size on the value company. Profitability is calculated by using Return On Assets (ROA). Company size determined by total sales. The sample in this study werw mining companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) of year 2013-2015. Data sample were drawn from 13 companies taken by purposive sampling. The method of analysis of this research used multiple regression aanalysis and processed using SPSS. The result of this research showed that corporate social responsibility disclosure had positife effect on the value of company. Meanwhile,company size had negatife effect on the value of company and profitability had no effect on the value of company.en_US
