| dc.description | The relation of Indonesia and Australia have a long history. The adjacent geographical position is the main factor of the relationship which one it is very well established till now, especially for economic coorperation of Indonesia and Australia about cow import. cow import cooperation has a very important for Indonesia, because it have given the national cow supply in Indonesia compared to domestic demand for cow is still far from expectations. Therefore, the dynamics of cow import from Australia often occurs because of the demand and policies applied by Indonesia. This research will discuss the rise and fall of cow import from Australia on 2007 to 2016. This research is using descriptive analysis method. Thus the objective of knowing the rise and fall of Indonesia's cow import from Australia is reached. The results of this research can explain the rise of cow import from Australia that occurred in 2009 and 2014, and also the fall in cow import from Australia occurred in 2011 and 2015. Rising cow import from Australia occurred on 2009 and 2014, while the decline in cow import from Australia occurred in 2011 and 2015. The mechanism of policy is to make a self-sufficiency program from the Government to be the guide of cow import from Australia to Indonesia. It is expected to (1) restricting of cow import from abroad, particularly from Australia, and (2) to protect cow domestic farmers who are increasingly concerned about the continuous cow import as their livelihoods (3) to help the lack of cow quota in the country due to high demand in Indonesia, (4) limitation of cow import is also expected to have a positive impact for the country of Indonesia. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Hubungan antara Indonesia dan Australia mempunyai sejarah yang panjang. Letak geografis yang berdekatan menjadi faktor utama hubungan tersebut yang mana Hubungan ini terjalin dengan baik hingga sekarang, terutama prihal bentuk kerjasama ekonomi Indonesia dengan Australia yaitu dalam bidang impor sapi. Kerjasama impor sapi ini memiliki peranan yang sangat penting bagi Indonesia, mengingat penyediaan sapi secara nasional di Indonesia dibandingkan dengan jumlah permintaan sapi dalam negeri masih sangat jauh dari harapan. Oleh sebab itu Dinamika impor sapi dari Australia sering kali terjadi karena adanya permintaan dan kebijakan yang di terapkan oleh Indonesia. Penelitian ini akan membahas tentang naik dan turunnya impor sapi dari Australia pada tahun 2007 sampai 2016. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif. Dengan demikian tujuan untuk mengetahui naik dan turunnya impor sapi Indonesia dari Australia tercapai. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjelaskan naiknya impor sapi dari Australia yang terjadi pada tahun 2009 dan tahun 2014, dan juga turunnya impor sapi dari Australia terjadi pada tahun 2011 dan tahun 2015. Adanya mekanisme pengambilan kebijakan program swasembada dari Pemerintah menjadi Pedoman impor sapi dari Australia ke Indonesia. Diharapkan dapat (1) membatasi impor daging sapi dari luar negeri, khususnya dari negara Australia, serta (2) melindungi peternak sapi dalam negeri sendiri yang semakin lama semakin memprihatinkan akibat dari impor daging sapi secara terus menerus yang mungkin bisa mematikan mata pencaharian mereka (3) membantu kurangnya kuota sapi dalam negeri akibat dari tingginya permintaan di negara Indonesia, (4) pembatasan kuota impor daging sapi ini juga diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak yang positif bagi negara Indonesia. | en_US |
