| dc.description.abstract | The research is motivated by the lack of farmers ability in utilizing combine harvester machine before the training progam is held. Meanwhile, the machine is already available in Combined Farmers Group “Sari Rejeki”. The farmers lack information about this machine is caused by the lack mentoring of parties who provide that helper machine. This research purposes to find out the effectiveness of combine harvester machine training progam in Combined Farmers Group “Sari Rejeki”. This research was conducted in Pulosari village, Kebakkramat District, Karanganyar Regency. The data used were 33 respondent obtained by using cencus method. The basic method in this research is frequency distribution and rank spearman analysis. The result of this study indicates the effectiveness of combine harvester machine training progam is in the medium category. The relationship between the characteristics of respondent with the effectiveness of the combine harvester machine training progam showed positive result, but the relationship itself is relatively low. | en_US |
