| dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi Sentra Industri Kerajinan Mendong di Kecamatan Purbaratu Kota Tasikmalaya dengan berdasarkan pendekatan Quintuple Helix. Komponen pada penelitian ini adalah Pemerintahan, Pendidikan, Pembisnis, Lembaga Keuangan dan Media. Data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan informan yang dipilih berdasarkan purposive sampling. Analisis dilakukan dengan mereduksi data, menyajikan data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Pertama, peran pemerintahan sebagai pembuatan program atau kebijakan salah satunya yaitu perencanaan pembangunan pada industri kreatif. Kedua, peran pendidikan sebagai modal Sumber Daya Manusia dimana dapat memunculkan inovasi-inovasi. Ketiga, peran pembisnis sebagai pengelola dalam produksi kerajinan Mendong tersebut. Keempat, lembaga keuangan sebagai modal pembiayaan. Kelima, peran Media sebagai informasi promosi.Kondisi Sentra Industri Kerajinan Mendong menurun dikarenakan ada beberapa permasalahan yaitu kurangnya SDM atau regenerasi, peluang-peluang pasar yang belum dimaksimalkan, kurangnya inovasi dan kreativitas yang sehingga perlu kekuatan dari kelima komponen tersebut untuk bekerjasama dalam mencapai SDGs yang diharapkan. | dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this research is to analyze the condition of Mendong handicrafts industrial centers in Purbaratu, Tasikmalaya with Quintuple Helix approach. The components on this research is Goverment, Academics, Enterpreneurs, Financial institutions and the Media. The data was obtained through intervies with informans that selected on the basis of purposive sampling. The analysis was done by reduction of data, presenting data and draw conclusions. The results showed that first, the role of Goverment as the creation of a program or policy is as creative industry development planning. Second, the role of Academics as a human resource capital which could bring innovations. Thrid, the role of Entrepeneurs as manager in the production of Mendong handicrafts. Fourth, the financial institution as capital financing. Fifth, the role of the Media asas information promotion. The condition of the industrial centers of Mendong handicrafts decreased because there were some problems, namely lack human resources or generation, market opportunities has not been maximized, lack of innovation and creativity that need the power of five the component to cooperate in achieving the SDGs.
