dc.description.abstractThis research explains the policy of moratorium issued bythe Indonesian government in protecting Indonesian workers (TKI). That matteras efforts are being made to mobilize Saudi Arabiaapplying or agreeing to a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Indonesia and Saudi Arabia due to the impact of increased violence on migrant workers.In relation to the moratorium on migrant workers' moratorium to Saudi Arabia, it appears that Saudi Arabia is taking action against Indonesia's decision, but the decision then leads to the achievement of Indonesia to influence Saudi Arabia in improving its labor system so that Indonesia can return Indonesian migrant workers to Saudi Arabiaen_US
