| dc.description.abstract | The research is puposed to get the effective dosage of cumin powder on controlling corn seed warehouse pest and to find out the effect of the dosage toward the quality of the corn seed.
The research concucted using experiment method with single factor design treatment which arranged on Complete Random Design (CRD). Tested treatment consist of cumin powder which given on 3 dosage, 10 grams, 20 grams, and 30 grams added with 1 treatment which is synthetic pesticide Alluminium Phospite 0,0009 grams and 1 control treatment as a comparation.
The result shows that the 30 grams dosage of cumin powder/100 grams of corn seeds is not effective to control Sitophilus zeamais, whereas those treatment doesn’t reduce the quality of corn seed on storage time. | en_US |
