| dc.description | Osteoarthritis menempati urutan kedua di dunia setelah penyakit kardiovaskuler sebagai penyebab ketidakmampuan fisik (seperti berjalandan menaiki tangga) di dunia barat . Di Indonesia, 34,3 juta orang pada tahun 2002dan mencapai 36,5 juta orang pada tahun 2007. Prevalensi OA mencapai 5% pada usia <40 tahun, 30% pada usia 40-60 tahun, dan 65% pada usia >61 tahun (Koentjoro, 2010). Kasus tersebut akan terus meningkat akibat bertambahnya usia harapan hidup, obesitas (kegemukan) ,kebiasaan merokok dan pekerjaan berat, oleh karena itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah hubungan antara pekerjaan ringan, sedang dan berat dengan gambaran radiologi berdasarkan derajat Kellgren dan Lawrence pada kejadian OA lutut. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian non eksperimental dengan desain cross sectional dan responden diambil dari pasien osteoartritis yang diusulkan foto X-Ray lutut ke RSUD Tidar Kota Magelang pada bulan Oktober – Desember 2016. Chi-Square digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 43. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa nilai P=0,000(<0,005) yang berarti penelitian ini bermakna Terdapat hubungan antara pekerjaan ringan, sedang dan berat dengan gambaran radiologi menurut skor Kellgren dan Lawrence. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Osteoarthritis ranks second in the world after cardiovascular disease as a cause of physical disability (as berjalandan up the stairs) in the western world. In Indonesia, 34.3 million people in 2002 and reached 36.5 million people in 2007. The prevalence of OA reaches 5% at age <40 years, 30% at age 40-60 years, and 65% in those aged> 61 years. The case will continue to rise due to increasing life expectancy, obesity (overweight), smoking and heavy work, therefore the purpose of this study was to determine is there a relationship between job mild, moderate and severe with an overview of radiology based on the degree of Kellgren and Lawrence on the incidence of knee OA. The study was non-experimental research with cross sectional design and a respondent is taken from the patient's osteoarthritis proposed X-ray knee to hospitals Tidar Magelang City in October-December 2016.
