| dc.description | Salah satu indikator patient safety di RS adalah pengurangan pasien risiko jatuh. Faktanya jumlah pasien jatuh di RSUD Wates pada 2015 sebesar 7 pasien dan meningkat menjadi 12 pasien pada 2016, selain itu karena didapatkan masalah dalam pelaksanaan SOP Pasien risiko tinggi jatuh. Maka dari itu kepatuhan perawat dalam pelaksanaan SOP pasien risiko tinggi jatuh sangat penting bagi keselamatan pasien jatuh. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kepatuhan perawat dalam pelaksanaan intervensi pasien risiko tinggi jatuh di Rumah Sakit Umum daerah Wates.
Penelitian ini mengunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif analitik. Pengambilan sampel dengan Probability sampling menggunakan Proporsional stratified random sampling. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 57 perawat yang hasilnya dianalisa mengunakan program pengolahan data SPSS.
Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa sebagian besar perawat (68,4%) berada pada kategori tidak patuh pada pelaksanaan intervensi pasien risiko tinggi jatuh. Sedangkan hasil berdasarkan tiap tahap prosedur intervensi pasien risiko tinggi perawat patuh dalam ; tahap prainteraksi (100%), tahap orientasi (89,5%), dan tahap dokumentasi (100%) akan tetapi pada tahap implementasi (63,2%) perawat tidak patuh.
Kepatuhan perawat terhadap pelaksanaan prosedur intervensi pasien risiko tinggi jatuh memiliki hasil tidak patuh sedangkan dalam tahapan dari SOP pasien risiko tinggi jatuh tahap prainteraksi, orientasi, dan dokumentasi memiliki hasil patuh sedangkan pada tahap implementasi perawat tidak patuh terhadap prosedur tersebut. Disarankan untuk meningkatkan pelaksanaan SOP pasien risiko jatuh tinggi sehingga insiden jatuh dapat dicegah atau paling tidak dapat dikurangi. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | One indicator of patient safety in hospitals is the reduction of risk patients fall. In fact the number of patients fell in Wates Hospital in 2015 for 7 patients and increased to 12 patients in 2016and sill has problem in that implementations. Therefore nurse Adherence in the implementation of SOP high risk patient falls is so crucial to the patients safety with risk falls. The purpose of this study is determine the level of nurse adherence in the implementation Standart Operational interventions of high-risk patient falls in General Hospital Wates Kulon Progo.
Research uses quantitative method with descriptive analytic design. Research sampling use Probability sampling with Proporsional stratified random sampling. Number of research samples were 57 nurses whose the results were analyzed using SPSS.
The results showed that most of the nurses (68.4%) werein the not-adherense category in the implementation of interventions of high risk patient falls. While the resuls based step by step of that SOP are in the adherence category ; preinteractions step (100%), orientation step (89.5%), and documentation step (100%) but at the implementation step (63.2%) nurses are not-adherence in that procedure.
Adherence of nurses to the implementation of high risk patient falls has not-Adherence result in other hand in the phases SOP of patient high risk falls preinteraction step, orientation step, and documentation step have Adherence result but in implementation step nurses are not-Adherence to the procedure. It is advisable to improve the SOP of the high risk patient falls so that incident of falling can prevented or at least can be reduced. | en_US |
