dc.description | Background Low Back Pain (LBP) is a disease frequently happening in
Indonesia. Lumbosacral AP/lateral’s plain photo is one of LBP’s support
examinations. The researcher wants to know whether there is relation between the
clinical symptom of LBP’s patient and the illustration of lumbosacral AP/lateral’s
plain photo.
Research Design This research is cross sectional research. The subject of this
research is patients suffering from LBP that are doing Lumbosacral AP/lateral
plain photo. The instruments of this research are questionnaire and patient’s
lumbosacral AP/lateral’s plain photo. Data collection technique of this research
is by fulfilling questionnaire based on the result of Lumbosacral AP/lateral’s
plain photo of the patient. Data analysis technique of this research is using
spearman statistical test.
Result From 41 patients, there are zero (0%) patient having light clinical
symptom and light radiology illustration, one (2,4%) with average radiology
illustration and one (2,4%) with severe radiology illustration. There are two
(4,9%) patients having average clinical symptom and light radiology illustration,
8 (19,5%) with average radiology illustration, and 5 (12,5%) with severe
radiology illustration. There are also one (2,4%) patient having severe clinical
symptom and light radiology illustration, ten (24,4%) with average radiology
illustration, and 13 (31,7%) with severe radiology illustration. The result of
spearman statistical test shows that p is equal to 0,242 that means p is bigger
than 0,005. The value is insignificant so that H1 is rejected.
Conclusion There is no relationship between clinical symptom of LBP’s patient
and the illustration of Lumbosacral AP/lateral’s plain photo. | en_US |
