dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami pengaruh etika
bisnis Islam yang terdiri dari tanggungjawab, kebebasan, dan keadilan, serta
faktor internal yang terdiri dari manajemen, sumber daya manusia dan modal
terhadap kinerja bisnis makanan halal. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah
analisis deskriptif dan structural equation modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan
partial least square (PLS) menggunakan smartPLS 3. Data yang diperoleh dari
penyebaran kuisioner dengan menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling.
Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh positif dari etika bisnis Islam
sebesar 49,9% dan faktor internal 37,3% terhadap kinerja bisnis makanan halal.
Maka dari hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa hipotesis yang diterima
adalah H1 (pengaruh etika bisnis islam terhadap kinerja UMKM bisnis makanan
halal) sebesar 3,706 dan H2 (pengaruh faktor internal terhadap kinerja UMKM
bisnis makanan halal) sebesar 0,152. Kesimpulannya adalah etika bisnis Islam
berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis makanan halal, tetapi internal
faktor tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja bisnis. Seluruh variabel
independen tersebut memiliki pengaruh positive terhadap kinerja UMKM bisnis

dc.description.abstract | The aim of this research is to study the influence of Islamic business ethic
including responsibility, free will and justice to internal factors including
management, human resource and capital toward the performance of halal food
business. Data analysis of this study used descriptive analyses and structural
equation modeling (SEM) with partial least square (PLS) approachment using
smartPLS 3. Primary data type distributed by questionnaire and use purposive
sampling technique were applied.
The result from this research was the existence of influence from Islamic
business ethic 49,9% and internal factor 37,3% toward the performance of halal
food business. So, the result of hypothesis test was accepted the H1 (the influence
of Islamic business ethic toward performance of halal food business) as 3,706 and
H2 (the influence of internal factor toward the performance of halal food
business) as 0,152. The conclusion was Islamic business ethic influence to
performance of MSME halal food business, however Internal factor had no effect
toward the performance. Overall, independent variables had positive impact
