This reserach shows that international factor is the most influential determinant in US foreign policy of military postponement of withdrawal. President Obama’s decision to postpone the withdrawal is driven by two factors, which are the security crisis in Afghanistan dan the influence from President Ashraf Ghani of Afghanistan in 2014.
