Mulai dari Program Aksi Bencana Dunia (1982), Konvensi Hak Anak (1989), dan Aturan Standar tentang Kesempatan Kesetaraan bagi Penyandang Disabilitas (1993), kepada CRPD (Konvensi Hak-Hak Penyandang Cacat) di 2006. Masalah kecacatan di Yogyakarta menjadi perhatian dunia setelah gempa bumi tahun 2006 yang menyebabkan munculnya banyak penyandang disabilitas baru. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Disabilities issues has now become a global issue that needs attention in the international world. Disability has been part of the issue of human rights since the emergence of international documents addressing the issue of disability. Starting from the World Disaster Action Program (1982), the Convention on the Rights of the Child (1989), and the Standard Rules on Opportunity Equity for People with Disabilities (1993), to CRPD (Convention on the Rights People with Disabilities) in 2006. Disabilities issues in Yogyakarta became the world's attention after the earthquake in 2006 which caused the emergence of many new persons with disabilities. | en_US |
