This study explains the influence of Muslim groups on the Swedish government's policy analyzed using a pluralist model and the concept of legitimacy, that the issue of Israeli-Palestinian conflict to the attention of all Muslims in the world is no exception to Muslims in Sweden. The Israeli and Palestinian conflict began to get attention from the Swedish public when there was an Aftonbladet controversy. Several aspects of Swedish Muslim groups' influence on government policy to support Palestine are through demonstrations, BDS (Boycotts, Disinvestments and Sanctions), public opinion, and media to pressure the government. The action was undertaken by Muslim groups in Sweden affiliated with interest groups belonging to the pro-Palestinian movement. The Swedish government responded to the action by raising development aid funds for Palestine. Thus the actions taken by the Swedish government are to gain legitimacy from the Swedish public.en_US
