| dc.description | Konflik yang terjadi di wilayah negara bagian Rakhine telah berlangsung sejak lama yakni sejak pemerintahan Junta Militer di tahun 1962. Konflik yang terjadi di negara Myanmar telah menimbulkan dampak yang besar khususnya bagi komunitas muslim Rohingya, walaupun etnis lainnya juga terkena dampak dari konflik yang terjadi. Banyaknya masyarakat khususnya etnis Rohingya yang memilih untuk mengungsi dan mencari tempat perlindungan di negara lain seperti Bangladesh. Pelanggaran kemanusian yang terjadi di Rakhine mengundang banyak perhatian dunia. Indonesia, sebagai negara yang mengedepankan prinsip politik luar negeri yang bebas dan aktif turut andil dalam penyelesian konflik demi terciptanya perdamaian dunia.
Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan upaya-upaya yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah Indonesia untuk membantu menyelesaikan tragedi kemanusiaan yang terjadi di wilayah negara bagian Rakhine. Dengan menggunakan konsep politik luar negeri Indonesia yang bebas dan aktif, Indonesia menempuh beberapa cara untuk menghentikan dan membantu permasalahan yang terjadi di Myanmar. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The conflict that took place in Rakhine Myanmar has been going on for a long time, since Junta Military in 1962. The conflict has raised impact of especially for Muslim community Rohingya. Although the conflict also affects other ethnic groups in the territory of Myanmar,but ethnic Rohingya became the most affected. Many people, especially ethnic Rohingya who choose to evacuate and looking for the protection in other countries as Bangladesh. Humanity violations that occurred in Rakhine invite a lot of world attention. Indonesia, as a country that put forward the principle of foreign policy that is free and active contributed to the settlement of the conflict for the creation of world peace.
This paper aims to explain the efforts made by the Indonesian government to help solve the humanitarian tragedy that occurred in the state of Rakhine.
