| dc.description | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Dana Alokasi
Umum (DAU), Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK), Dana Bagi Hasil (DBH), Pendapatan
Asli Daerah (PAD), Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) dan fenomena flypaper
effect terhadap Belanja Daerah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode
deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk membuat deskripsi secara sistematis, faktual, serta
akurat terhadap fakta. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dan sampelnya adalah 32
Provinsi yang ada di Indonesia. Metode analisis penelitian yang digunakan adalah
Analisis Regresi Berganda dengan Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS).
Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa DAK, DBH, dan PAD
berpengaruh positif terhadap belanja daerah. Sementara DAU dan PDRB tidak
berpengaruh terhadap belanja daerah. Pengaruh yang diberikan PAD terhadap belanja
daerah lebih besar daripada pengaruh yang diberikan DAU, DAK, dan DBH secara
simultan terhadap belanja daerah, sehingga dapat dikatakan tidak terjadi flypaper effect
pada Provinsi di Indonesia dalam kurun waktu tahun 2014-2016. Hal ini menunjukkan
bahwa pemerintah daerah provinsi sudah mandiri dalam hal keuangannya dengan tidak
bergantung kepada pemerintah pusat. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to know the influence of General Allocation Fund (DAU),
Special Allocation Fund (DAK), Sharing Revenue (DBH), Local Revenue (PAD), Gross
Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) and flypaper effect to local expenditure. The
method was used in this research is descriptive method that aims to create a systematic,
factual, and accurate description of the fact. This research is quantitative and the
samples were 32 Provinces in Indonesia. The analysis methods was used in this
research is multiple regression analysis with Statistical Product and Service Solutions
(SPSS) software.
The results of this research show that Special Allocation Fund (DAK), Sharing
Revenue (DBH), Local Revenue (PAD) have positive effect to the local expenditure.
But DAU and PDRB has no effect to local expenditure. The influence of PAD to local
expenditure are greater than the influence of DAU,DAK, and DBH simultaneously to
local expenditure, so there has no a phenomenon of flypaper effect in Provinces of
Indonesia in period 2014-2016. This shows that This shows that the provincial
government is self-reliant in its finances by not relying on the central government. | en_US |
