dc.description.abstractThis article is about transnational crime happened in Sulu-Celebes Sea particulalry the existence of terrorist group in the area. This is alo analysing about the roles of the three countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines) to restoring the security and stability in the area. It will start with emphasizing the importance of Sulu-Celebes Sea for international trading. Furthermore, it will explain the process of regime formation among the three states in order to create a framework and concept to collaborate in maintaining security and stability in the Sulu-Celebes Sea and examine international regime as an instrument in establishing cooperation.en_US
