| dc.description | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kelayakan usaha budidaya ikan nila Kelompok Tani Mejing Kidul. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan anggota Kelompok Tani Mejing Kidul. Sampel responden ditentukan secara simple purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kelayakan usaha dari aspek non finansial, dan finansial.
Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kelayakan usaha budidaya ikan nila ini layak untuk dijalankan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari segi non finansial usaha ini berpengaruh positif, tidak berdampak negative terhadap lingkungan. Dari finansial menunjukkan NPV sebesar Rp 15.004.432.00 yang dihasilkan lebih besar dari nol, nilai Net B/C sebesar 1.34 lebih besar dari satu, nilaiIRR sebesar 13 % lebih besar dari tingkat discount rate yang ditentukan, Break Even Point pada penjualan sebesar 3581 kg dan waktu pengembalian modal investasi sudah sesuai dengan umur proyek 12 minggu yaitu 9 minggu. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this research is to analyze the feasibility of the tilapia’s cultivation bussiness in Mejing Kidul’s farmer group. This study applied quantitative and qualitative research design. The data used in this study is the primer data of the interview result with the member of Mejing Kidul’s farmer group. The sample of the respondent is determined by simple purposive sampling. Bussiness feasibility analysis from non financial and financial aspects is used to analyze the data. The result of this study stated that the feasibility of the tilapia’s cultivation bussiness is feasible to run. The result of this study showed that from non-finansial aspect, this bussiness have a possitive effect. This bussiness do not have a bad effect toward environment. From the finansial aspect, this bussiness showed NPV amount Rp 15.004.432.00 resulting is greater than zero. The value of Net B/C amount 1.34 is greater than one, the value of IRR amount 13% is greater than the specified discount rate, break even point in the sale amount 3581 kg and the payback period of investment is in accordance with the 12 week project age that is 9 weeks. | en_US |
