| dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan membuktikan secara empiris Pengaruh Partisipasi Penyusunan Anggaran, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi, dan Good Government Governance terhadap Kinerja Pemerintah Daerah di SKPD Kabupaten Kulon Progo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh SKPD Kabupaten Kulon Progo yang berjumlah 25 SKPD. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara purposive sampling dengan adanya kriteria tertentu yang diterapkan. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah pejabat struktural yang menduduki jabatan sebagai kepala bagian, kepala bidang, kepala sub bagian, kepala sub bidang, kepala seksi, dan bendahra di SKPD Kabupaten Kulon Progo yang berjumlah 184 responden. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan secara langsung kepada 184 responden, dengan kuesioner yang dapat diolah sebanyak 169 kuesioner. Pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi berganda dengan uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Data yang dikumpulkan dianlisis terlebih dahulu dengan pengujian kualitas instrumen dan data kemudian dilakukan pengujian hipotesis dengan alat uji SPSS for windows versi 15.0.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi penyusunan anggaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah dan yang terakhir good government governance berpengruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to test and prove empirically the influence of budget arrangement participation, leadership style, organizational culture and good government goverance on the performance of local government in SKPD of Kulon Progo Regency. This study uses survey research. Population in this study is all SKPD in Kulon Progo Regency amounting to 25 SKPD. The sampling techinique in this research is done by purposive sampling with yhe existence of certain criterion applied. The sample in this study is a stuctural officer who occupy the position as head of section, head of field, head of sub section, head of sub field, head of division, and treasurer in SKPD Kulon Progo Regency totaling 184 respondents. The type of the data used in this study are primary data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires were distributed directly to 184 respondents, with questionnaiers that can be processed as many as 169 questionnaires. Hypothesis testing in this study using multiple regresiontest with t test, F test an coefficient of determination. The data collected were analyzed by testing the quality of instruments and the data is then testing hypothesis with SPSS for windows version 15.0.
Based on the result of the analysis that has been done shows that the influence of budget arrangement participation has a positive and significant impact on the performance of local government, leadership style has positive and significant impacr on the performance of local government, organizational culture has positive and insignificant impact on the performance of local government, and the last good government governance has a positive and significant impact on the performance of local government | en_US |
