| dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, disiplin kerja dan pelatihan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PDAM Purwa Tirta Dharma kota Purwodadi. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PDAM Purwa Tirta Dharma kota Purwodadi yang telah mengikuti pelatihan. Dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 150 karyawan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis menggunakan Regresi Linier berganda dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS.22. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan oleh peneliti diperoleh hasil, bahwa Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan serta Pelatihan Karyawan juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, discipline and training employees on performance of employees at PDAM Puwa Tirta Dharma into the town of Purwodadi. The subjects in this study were both PDAM Purwa Tirta Dharma Purwodadi city who has attended training. And the sample used in this study amounted to 150 employees. Sampling using a purposive sampling method. The method of multiple Linear Regression analysis using with the help of software IBM SPSS. 22. Based on the analysis conducted by the researchers retrieved results, that Transformational Leadership is positive and significant effect on performance of employees, Disciplined Work a positive and significant effect on performance of employees as well as Employee training is also positive and significant effect on performance of employees. | en_US |
