| dc.description | Alat alarm pengingat waktu minum obat dengan indikator pada kotak obat
merupakan alat pengganti pengawas minum obat agar penderita dapat selalu
minum obat tepat jadwal. Ada beberapa jenis obat yang perlu diminum kontinyu
dan tepat waktu. Misalnya obat A diminum pada jam 08.00 AM, selanjutnya
harus di minum sesuai aturan. Obat untuk tuberkulosis (TBC), misalnya
pemberiannya yang kontinyu di tiap pagi sebelum makan, bertujuan agar kuman–
kuman TBC dapat terbasmi sempurna. Jadwal pemberian yang sembarangan
akan berdampak pada hasil yang kurang efektif. Dalam artian, kuman–kuman
TBC jadi tidak mati/membutuhkan waktu lebih lama. Dalam sistem
pemberantasan TBC ada orang yang disebut “ pengawas minum obat ”, agar
penderita dapat selalu minum obat tepat waktu jadwal.
Dari permasalahan ini penulis akan membuat alat yang dapat memberikan
alarm pengingat, agar pasien meminum obat tepat waktu yang tertera pada resep
dokter, sehingga memberikan hasil efektif kepada pasien. Secara umum alarm
pengingat waktu minum obat ini menggunakan microcontroller ATMega 8
sebagai konversi pewaktu, modul RTC DS 1307 sebagai menyimpan waktu mulai
dari menit hingga tahun, dan selalu diperbaharui setiap saat secara otomatis,
dan pnp A377 sebagai mengaktifkan buzzer dan led sebagai pertanda alarm
waktu minum obat dan indikator pada kotak obat sebagai tanda obat yang akan
diminum. Berdasarkan data hasil pengukuran sebanyak 5X dengan menggunakan
stopwatch dan dibandingkan dengan perhitungan dalam percobaan didapat nilai
kesalahan alat alarm pengingat waktu minum obat memiliki nilai kesalahan 0 %
dan memiliki ketelitian hingga 1 second (s). Dengan telah dibuatnya rangkaian
alarm pengingat waktu minum obat, nantinya diharapkan dapat membantu
penderita penyakit kronis. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Alarm reminder tool for medicine time with medicine case as the indicator
is used to be a substitution tool for medicine supervisor in order in order to get
the patient has medicine as scheduled. There are some medicines should be taken
continually and on time. An a medicine which has taken after meal should be
continuously consumed after meal. Medicine for TBC (tuberculosis) sufferer, for
instance, is should be given continuously before having meal in the morning in
order to make TBC microbes eradicated perfectly. Careless schedule will lead
into ineffective result. It means that the TBC microbes could not be eradicated, or
would need longer time. In eradicating system of TBC, there is a supervisor for
medicine-time to make sure the medicine has consumed on time as scheduled.
The condition has made the writer triggered to make a tool which will
give a reminder alarm in order to make patient has medicine on time. It will give
a more effective result to the patient. The alarm for medicine time uses
microcontroller ATMega 8 as the conversion time, RTC DS 1307 modulation as
the time keeper in second up to the year, and can be set automatically, and the
pnp A377 to activate the buzzer and led as the indicator of the alarm for medicine
time as well as the medicine case for certain medicine should be consumed. Based
on the result of 5 times measurements uses stopwatch compared with result of the
research, it has found that there is 0 mistakes and 1 second of accuracy has made
by the tool. Hopefully, the alarm reminder tool medicine time will help more
chronic sufferers who need to have medicine on time, for instance, the TBC
