| dc.description | Pasien di Rumah Sakit dengan perawatan lebih dari 1x24 jam memerlukan perawatan dan peralatan untuk membersihkan diri mereka sendiri. Dalam upaya mencegah penularan penyakit di lingkungan Rumah Sakit memerlukan sistem menejemen kebersihan yang baik serta perawatan kebersihan pasien yang diatur dalam prosedur. Masalah yang dialami ketika pasien dirawat di Rumah Sakit ialah masih banyaknya perawat yang kurang mempedulikan kebersihan pasien diatas tempat tidur. Akibatnya pasien banyak mengalami gangguan yang cukup serius karena kurang terjaganya personal hygiene dari pasien. Maka dari permasalahan yang telah didapat perancang membuat gagasan ide berupa perancangan bed yang dapat direalisasikan dengan multifungsi sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kemudahan bagi pasien serta perawat. Dengan penambahan fungsi seperti tempat memandikan pasien, keramas, perawatan luka untuk pasien diabetes mellitus, personal hygiene serta memindahkan posisi tidur pasien untuk menghindari luka tekan.
Pada perancangan bed pasien akan dilakukan pembuatan desain dengan penggunaan software Autodesk Fusion 360 dan Autodesk Inventor Professional 2018. Untuk komponen dari desain menggunakan software Autodesk Fusion 360. Dan untuk penggunaan software Autodesk Inventor Professional 2018 digunakan untuk assembling komponen dan render animasi agar mempermudah untuk penyampaian dari mekanisme gerak dari pengembangan yang telah dilakukan pada perancangan bed pasien multifungsi. Hasil dari perancangan bed pasien multifungsi terdapat beberapa perubahan untuk penambahan fungsi yang dibutuhkan untuk melakukan prosedur personal hygiene pada pasien. Perancangan bed pasien multifungsi untuk penambahan fitur yang dibutuhkan menggunakan material baja karbon rendah hollow AS 4100, pipa baja karbon rendah JIS G3112, pipa baja karbon rendah ASME B36 10, plat baja karbon JIS G3101 SS41, dan alumunium alloy 1100. Penambahan fitur pada perancangan bed pasien multifungsi mengalami perubahan dimensi yaitu dari produksi pabrik dengan dimensi panjang 2080 mm, lebar 900 mm, dan tinggi 910 mm. Sedangkan pada hasil dari perancangan bed pasien multifungsi memiliki dimensi panjang 2154 mm, lebar 960 mm, dan tinggi 1031 mm.
Diharapkan dari perancangan bed ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi waktu dan memberi kenyamanan bagi pemakainya karena adanya fitur-fitur yang ditawarkan dari perancangan bed pasien multifungsi dengan melakukan peningkatan terhadap personal hygiene pasien diatas tempat tidur. Dapat di realisasikan kedalam bentuk bed pasien yang memiliki multifungsi yang mendukung bagi pasien dan perawat. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Patients in hospitals with more than 1x24 hours of treatment require care and equipment to clean themselves. In an effort to prevent disease transmission in the Hospital environment requires a good hygiene management system and patient hygiene care arranged in the procedure. Problems experienced when patients treated at the Hospital is still a lot of nurses who care less about the cleanliness of patients on the bed. As a result, many patients suffer from serious disturbances due to lack of maintenance of personal hygiene from patients. So, from the problems that have been obtained by the designer to create idea in the form of design of bed that can be realized with multifunction in accordance with requirement and ease for patient and nurse. With the addition of functions such as a place to bathe the patient, shampoo, wound care for diabetes mellitus patients, personal hygiene and move the patient's sleep position to avoid injuries to press.
In the design of the bed the patient will do the design with the use of Autodesk Fusion 360 software and Autodesk Inventor Professional 2018. For the components of the design using Autodesk Fusion 360 software. And for the use of Autodesk Inventor Professional 2018 software used for assembling components and animated rendering to facilitate for delivery of the mechanism of motion of the development that has been done on multifunctional patient bed design. The result of multifunctional patient bed design there are several changes to the addition of the function required to perform personal hygiene procedures in the patient. Multifunctional patient bed design for addition of required features using hollow low carbon steel material AS 4100, JIS G3112 low carbon steel pipe, low carbon steel pipe ASME B36 10, carbon steel plate JIS G3101 SS41, and aluminum alloy 1100. Added feature to the design of bed multifunctional patients experience dimensional changes that is from factory production with length dimensions 2080 mm, 900 mm width, and height 910 mm. While on the result of multifunctional patient bed design has a length dimension of 2154 mm, width 960 mm, and height 1031 mm.
It is expected that the design of this bed can improve the efficiency of time and provide comfort for the wearer because of the features offered from multifunctional bed bed design by improving the patient's personal hygiene on the bed. Can be realized in the form of a patient bed that has multifunctional support for patients and nurses. | en_US |
