| dc.description | D.I. Yogyakarta merupakan provinsi yang aktif menerima tawaran kerjasama dalam bentuk sister province, salah satunya yaitu tawaran kerjasama dari Negara bagian Victoria. Permasalah awal muncul ketika DIY menghadapi penolakan dalam usulan bidang kerjasama perekonomian, walaupun begitu DIY tetap menerima dan melanjutkan kerjasama hingga adanya nota kesepahaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui alasan terjadinya kerjasama sister province antara DIY – Victoria. Dugaan awal dari kasus ini adalah adanya kesamaan karakteristik antara DIY dan Victoria serta adanya kalkulasi keuntungan yang dapat diambil dan mengesampingkan kerugian. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | D.I. Yogyakarta is a province that actively accepted cooperation offer in the form of sister province, one of which is bid of cooperation from State Victoria. Initial problems arise when DIY faces rejection in the proposed field of economic cooperation, even so DIY still accept and continue cooperation until the memorandum of understanding. This study aims to determine the reasons for the sister province cooperation between DIY - Victoria.
