dc.descriptionLatar Belakang: Persepsi guru terkait bullying memiliki peran penting dalam timbulnya kejadian bullying pada anak usia sekolah. Guru yang memiliki persepsi baik terkait bullying lebih mampu meminimalisir kasus bullying di lingkungan sekolah dan begitu pula sebaliknya. Tujuan: Tujuan pada penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran persepsi guru terkait bullying pada anak usia sekolah. Metode Penelitian: Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sampel berjumlah 100 guru sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Bantul, Yogyakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Analisis data dengan distribusi frekuensi. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang dibuat sendiri oleh peneliti. Hasil: Mayoritas responden berusia 41-65 tahun, berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan berasal dari suku Jawa. Responden dengan usia 41-65 tahun ini rata-rata memiliki persepsi yang kurang baik terkait kerentanan masalah bullying (69,2%), keseriusan masalah bullying (61,5%), manfaat melakukan pencegahan bullying (96,2%) dan hambatan melakukan upaya pencegahan bullying (69,2%). Responden dengan jenis kelamin perempuan didominasi oleh persepsi yang kurang baik terkait kerentanan masalah bullying (70,1%), keseriusan masalah bullying (61%), manfaat melakukan pencegahan bullying (93,5%) dan hambatan melakukan upaya pencegahan bullying (75,3%). Responden yang berasal dari suku Jawa memiliki persepsi yang kurang baik terkait kerentanan masalah bullying (69,7%), keseriusan masalah bullying (61,6%), manfaat melakukan pencegahan bullying (94,9%) dan hambatan melakukan upaya pencegahan bullying (73,8%). Kesimpulan: Gambaran persepsi guru terkait bullying pada anak usia sekolah mayoritas pada kategori kurang baik. Perawat diharapkan dapat berperan aktif dalam memberikan edukasi kepada guru terkait pencegahan bullying pada anak usia sekolah.en_US
dc.description.abstractBackground: Teachers’ perception about bullying have an important role in the incidence of bullying in school-aged children. A Teacher who has positive perceptions about bullying on school age children tend to be more able to minimilize bullying cases that happen in the school area and vice versa. Objective: The purpose of this research is to understand about teachers’ perceptions on bullying on school age children. Research Method: The method of this research is quantitative description with sample amounting to 100 elementary school teacher in Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta. The sampling technique is total sampling. Data analysis that used is freq distribution. Research instrument that used is through questionnaire made by the researchers themselves. Result: The majority of respondents aged 41-65 years, male sex and came from the Javanese tribe. Respondents aged 41-65 years on average had quite negative perceptions about the perceived susceptibility of bullying (69.2%), perceived severity of bullying (61.5%), perceived benefits of taking preventiveof bullying (96.2%) and perceived in purposive to prevent bullying (69.2%). Respondent with female gender was dominated by quite negative perception related to perceived susceptibility of bullying (70,1%), perceived severity of bullying (61%), perceived benefits of taking preventive of bullying (93,5%) and perceived in purposive to prevent bullying (75,3% ). Respondents from Javanese ethnic group had quite negative perception about the perceived susceptibility of bullying (69,7%), perceived severity of bullying (61,6%), perceived benefits of taking preventive of bullying (94,9%) and perceived in purposive to prevent bullying (73, 8%). Conclusions: The conclusion can be described that the majority of teachers’ perceptions of bullying in school age children is on the negative category. The nurses are expected to be more active on giving educations to the teacher about bullying prevention on the school age childrenen_US
