dc.descriptionPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh inokulasi mikoriza dan macam sumber kompos organik pada pertumbuhan dan hasil sawi hijau yang ditanam di media tanah Grumusol. Penelitian di Green House dan analisis di Laboratorium Ilmu Tanah, Agrobioteknologi dan Penelitian Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta pada bulan September-Desember 2017. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen faktorial 3 x 2 yang disusun menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Faktor pertama macam bahan organik dan faktor kedua inokulasi mikoriza. Perlakuan yang diberikan yaitu AP = kompos pelepah daun sawit + tanpa inokulasi mikoriza; BP = kompos batang jagung + tanpa inokulasi mikoriza; CP = kompos kotoran kambing + tanpa inokulasi mikoriza; AQ = kompos pelepah daun sawit + inokulasi mikoriza; BQ = kompos batang jagung + inokulasi mikoriza; CQ = kompos kotoran kambing + inokulasi mikoriza. Setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 kali dengan 3 tanaman sampel dan 2 tanaman korban sehingga total 90 unit tanaman perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya interaksi antara perlakuan kompos batang jagung dan inokulasi mikoriza pada tinggi tanaman sawi 41,17 cm di tanah Grumusol. Kompos kotoran kambing memberikan hasil beda nyata lebih tinggi pada bobot kering tajuk tanaman sawi 4,49 gram dan pemberian inokulasi mikoriza berpengaruh nyata pada jumlah spora yaitu 11,53 spora per gram serta produktivitas tanaman sebesar 20,46 ton/hektar.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe study was conducted to examine the effect organic compost variance and mycorrhiza on green mustard (Brassica juncea) used Grumusol soil media. The study was conducted in Green House, Soil Laboratory, Agrobiotechnology and Research Laboratory Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta during period of September untill December 2017. This research used factorials experimental method 3 x 2 arranged in Completely Randomized Design (CRD) The first factor is the use of various sources of organic compost and the second factor is mycorrhizal inoculation. The treatments are AP = Palm oil stem compost + without mycorrhizal inoculation; BP = corn straw compost + without mycorrhizal inoculation; CP = goat manure compost + without mycorrhizal inoculation; AQ = Palm oil stem compost + mycorrhizal inoculation; BQ = corn straw compost + mycorrhizal inoculation; CQ = goat manure compost + mycorrhizalinoculation. Each treatments were replicated 3 times with 3 sample plants and 2 casualty plants, so total 90 units of plants. The result showed that combination of corn straw compost and mychorrizal inoculation result the best height 41.17 cm planted on Grumusol soil. The effect of goat manure compost has the shoot dry weight of green mustard 4.49 g and mycorrhizal inoculation gave mycorrhizal spores on Grumusol soil 11.53 spore per gram and the crop productivity tends to be better that is 20.46 ton per hectare.en_US
