dc.descriptionAbstract This study showed that retaliation behavior is an important concept in organizational behavior domain. However organizational justice perception is an important antecedence to explain retaliation phenomena at workplace. Based on theory, distributive and procedural justice are a strong predictor to retaliation behavior. This research is done in Indonesian’s company where the researcher gathered 148 subjects of full time employees in joint venture company. Add up the results supported hypothesis partially. In general, the conclusion of this study explained that the interaction between distributive and procedural justice has strong prediction to employee’s retaliation in workplace.en_US
