| dc.description | In general, medical equipment at the Hospital to monitor body temperature such as a thermometer is less effective for nurses and doctors because it takes time to come to the patient's room to retrieve body temperature data. Then, when the patient's condition suddenly worsens, it still takes time for the treatment process. Therefore the authors intend to make a tool that can help nurses monitor the patient's body temperature through an Android smartphone in real time and equipped with telemedicine that can send notifications in the form of SMS when the patient's body temperature is outside the normal limit. The working principle of this tool is that the body temperature data received by the DS18B20 sensor is processed by the Atmega328 microcontroller, then displayed on the Oled LCD and sent to an Android smartphone via bluetooth HC-05. If body temperature data is outside the normal range, then the Android application will send an SMS to another recipient's smartphone. In testing the module, periodic testing is carried out by comparing the results using similar comparative tools in order to find out its accuracy. Based on the results of the module testing, the highest data error results are 0.829% and the lowest is 0%. For the process of sending data using bluetooth HC-05 by taking measurements every 1 meter and the maximum distance obtained is 13 meters with a hitch. In the application of telemedicine in the form of automatic SMS sending successfully sends body temperature to other cellphone recipients. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Pada umumnya, peralatan medis yang biasa digunakan di Rumah Sakit untuk memantau atau mengecek suhu tubuh seperti termometer kurang efektif bagi perawat dan dokter karena masih memerlukan waktu untuk datang ke ruangan pasien untuk mengambil data suhu tubuh. Kemudian, saat kondisi pasien tiba-tiba memburuk juga masih memerlukan waktu untuk proses penanganannya. Oleh karena itu penulis bermaksud untuk membuat suatu alat yang dapat membantu perawat untuk memantau suhu tubuh pasien melalui suatu smartphone android secara real time dan juga dilengkapi oleh aplikasi telemedicine yang dapat mengirim pemberitahuan berupa SMS saat suhu tubuh pasien mengalami penurunan atau kenaikan dari batas normal. Prinsip kerja dari alat yang penulis buat yaitu hasil data suhu tubuh yang diterima sensor suhu DS18B20 akan diolah oleh microcontroller Atmega328, kemudian ditampilkan pada LCD Oled dan dikirim ke ponsel Android melalui bluetooth HC-05. Jika data suhu tubuh berada diluar batas normal, maka aplikasi Android akan mengirimkan pemberitahuan berupa SMS ke ponsel penerima lain. Dalam pengujian modul, penulis menggunakan metode eksperimental yaitu pengujian secara berkala dengan membandingkan hasilnya menggunakkan alat pembanding yang sejenis agar dapat diketahui keakuratannya. Berdasarkan pengujian modul yang telah penulis lakukan, diperoleh hasil error alat penulis dengan data error paling tinggi yaitu 0,829% dan paling rendah sebesar 0%. Untuk proses pengiriman data melalui bluetooth HC-05 dengan melakukan pengukuran setiap 1 meter dan mendapatkan jarak maksimal yaitu 13 meter dengan halangan. Kemudian pengaplikasian telemedicine berupa pengiriman SMS otomatis berhasil mengirimkan suhu tubuh pasien ke penerima ponsel lain. | en_US |
