dc.descriptionThe separation of Pakistan from India sparked conflicts. The most highlighted conflict to date is the seizure of the Kashmir border region. The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategies Pakistan uses in dealing with the conflict with India. This writing uses qualitative methods with literature research and secondary data. The concept used to analyze the conflict is by using the Alliance Theory. In the theory of alliance has two concepts about the pattern of alliance, namely balancing and bandwagoning. Then the balancing alliance theory was used by researchers in analyzing the strategy of Pakistan in the face of conflict with India since the seizure of the Kashmir region. The result of the analysis in this study is that since the separation between India and Pakistan both countries are trying to increase their respective strengths. One of the strategies used by Pakistan to strengthen itself in facing India is by building alliances with superpower countries, China and Russia. The main form of cooperation is in the military field. But besides that Pakistan is also cooperating in the field of economy and infrastructure with China.en_US
