| dc.description.abstract | The Research objective of Supply Chain Emping Melinjo in Pajangan Bantul to describe the performance of the Supply Chain emping melinjo and analyze the efficiency of supply chain emping melinjo. Techniques execution of research using survey method. Determination respondents craftsmen emping melinjo census while traders in determining snow ball sampling. Field studies to obtain primary data through interviews with craftsmen emping melinjo in Pajangan totaling 40 people, trader emping melinjo include traders, wholesalers, and retailers totaled 35 people, suppliers melinjo numbered 17 people. Analysis of data using linear programming. The results showed that in the Pajangan district there are 23 supply chain network. The actors supply chain consists of farmers and melinjo traders, emping melinjo craftmen, wholesalers, traders, retailers and consumer. Product flow and money flow smoothly while the flow of information in the supply chain substandard.
