dc.descriptionBackground: The leadership is pivotal issue that gives effect for success and failure of every kind organization health development as an integral part of national development which is aims to increase awareness. Objective: To determine the influence of how can leadership improve the health services, what kind of explanation or analysis of leadership is important in improving the health services in a Private Hospital Yogyakarta Methods: Research design was qualitative research, data collection by interview from staff, director and manager in the location of study in a Private Hospital Yogyakarta. Results: Good leadership can improve the health services and the quality depends on the skill, and the style of leadership transformation can change the hospital to give best services and best facilities in RS Conclusion: Leadership dependent personality that expands position of leader, any effective leadership skills should be inherent in every leader, regardless scope of responsibility. The role of leadership in support Leaders should be able to influence and inspire others, develop the strategies to organize resources and empower staff to develop any organization specialize in hospital for health services improvement in a Private Hospital Yogyakartaen_US
