dc.descriptionSleep quality is the satisfaction of a person to sleep, so that the person does not show feelings tired, easily aroused and anxious, lethargic and apathetic, blackish around the eyes, swollen eyelids, red conjunctiva, sore eyes, attention split, headache and often yawning or sleepy. By 2015, students with poor sleep quality of 68.1% with about 40.1% have body mass index in the excess range. Respondents aged 18-65 years with a sleep duration of less than 7 hours showed an excess body mass index as well as with long duration of sleep with no physical activity and balanced energy intake. The nutritional percentage of DIY population is 15.2% underweight, 58.3% normal, 10.8% obesity, and 15.8% obesity. In the 15.3% thin loop, 57.8% normal, 12% obesity, and 14.9% obesity. The design of this research is cross senctional. The sample of the research is the final student of PSIK FKIK UMY as many as 96 people using total sampling. The data were collected using PSQI questionnaire and IMT respondent data sheet. The results showed that most of the respondents were 67 women (69.8%). Most of the resondents have a sleep quality of 81 people (84.4%). The results show that the majority of repsonden have a body mass index not excess of 62 people (64.4%) with excess body mass index of 34 people (35.4%). After correlation statistic tested by using pearson product moment test obtained p = 0,09 so concluded there is no significant relation between two variables.en_US
